Allergy Tincture

Intention:  To ease seasonal sensitivities to naturally occurring irritants, such as pollen.

Ingredients: Vodka, Nettle, Goldenrod, Apple Cider Vinegar 

Why We Chose These Ingredients:

• Nettle - anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine
• Goldenrod - soothing, anti-inflammatory, anti-catarrh (thins mucus)
• Vodka - Used to extract the medicinal compounds from the herbs, and is a good preservative
• Apple Cider Vinegar 

Use:   Gently shake tincture bottle a few times before using.  Ensuring that the dropper does not touch your mouth, apply half dropper of tincture to your tongue.  Or add half dropper of tincture to water if you prefer.  Take 1-2 times per day when allergy symptoms occur.

If you know what your seasonal allergy triggers are, we find it helpful to start taking this tincture before they really hit. Store tincture bottle in a cool dark place. Good for 3-5 years.
