Teas are infusions made from tea leaves, usually from the plant Camellia sinensis. Tisanes, commonly known as herbal teas or herbal tea blends, are made from various herbs, spices, flowers, roots or leaves. Tisanes may or may not contain actual tea leaves.

Infusions are created by pouring water over more delicate plant material, typically leaves and flowers, and seeping for a short time.  Decoctions are preparations of sturdier plant parts, such as roots and barks, simmered in water for a longer time to extract the medicinal properties of the plant.

All of Raindrop Remedies herbal blends are our own recipes, are loose-leaf, and made with love!  If you are unfamiliar with loose leaf teas, you are in for a treat!  Tasty, nutritious, and thoughtfully crafted tisanes with specific intentions.  also carry reusable tea bags if you need a strainer.
