Intention: Forest-inspired body soap

This evergreen inspired face and body soap contains soothing white pine infused oils, shea butter, Castor oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Honey, and woodsy essential oils like white Pine, Wintergreen, and cedar wood. Soothing and peaceful.

Each bar is 3.4 oz or more, and is wrapped in wax paper.

Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide (lye), Castor Oil, White Pine Needle, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Honey, and our Essential Oil blend (Pine Needle, Wintergreen, Cedarwood, and Sweet Orange)

Why We Chose These Ingredients:

• Rice Bran Oil - antioxidants; emollient;  improves skin moisture
• Coconut Oil - cleansing, high in vitamin C, high in lauric acid and antimicrobial
• Castor Oil - ability to draw impurities out of skin, provides moisture, antibacterial 

• Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) - a caustic/alkaline reagent that, when mixed with fats and water,  will react (saponify) to create soap. Once cured, a properly made bar of soap will have no lye left in it when finished: it has been converted into soap.
• White Pine Needles - My favorite; smells like a walk in the forest, antiseptic, calming
• Pumpkin Seed Oil - high in antioxidants and nutrients
• Honey - vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants
• Wintergreen Essential Oil - astringent, invigorating
• Pine Essential Oil - antiseptic, warming, analgesic, eases breathing, grounding energy
• Cedarwood Essential Oil - antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, soothing to irritated skin
• Sweet Orange Essential Oil - invigorating, skin brightener
