Product Details
Intention: For wet coughs, congestion in chest and sinus, and feeling of 'stuffiness'.
The herbs selected for our Chest Congestion herbal tea are intended to assist with thinning out excess mucus and getting it out (expectorate). When sick, it's important to stay hydrated. Drinking warm fluids like tea is comforting and will help alleviate stuffiness. You don't want to dry the mucus (then it gets stuck - yuck!), you want to get it out. Try it with a tad of honey and it's even more yummy!
By the way, our new white rice paper bags are compostable! Clean out the mucus and help keep Mother Earth healthy too!
