Ingredients: Turmeric, Dandelion Root, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper

Why We Included These Ingredients:

Turmeric -stimulates digestion, aids liver function, anti-inflammatory
Dandelion - alterative, digestive tonic, helps liver and kidneys
Cinnamon - tasty warming digestive and circulatory stimulant, antimicrobial, helpful with stabilizing blood sugar, carminative (eases pain and gas from intestines)
Ginger - aromatic, antiviral and antibacterial, carminative, relieves nausea, digestive tonic and circulatory stimulant

To make Golden Milk Heat 1 cup milk of choice in saucepan on LOW. Add 1 tsp Golden Milk mix, 2 tsp Coconut Oil, 2 tsp Honey. Whisk to mix while heating on LOW heat. Remove from heat. Pour Golden Milk into your favorite mug. Mmmmm....
