Our Recovery Tincture is intended to support blood health, tonify excretory system (liver, lungs, kidneys, large intestines, skin) and provide some energy to assist with your progress of getting back to normal.*

Why We Chose These Ingredients*:

Salvia militorrhiza (Dan Shen)- supports cardiovascular health, anti-inflammatory, cooling, bitter
Chuan Xiong (Cnidium) - TCM herb used to promote blood circulation, relieves pain, improves circulation to the extremeties, warming
Codonopsis - promotes overall wellness, adaptogenic, support immune system, supports respiratory and circulatory health, tonifies Qi, nourishes blood
Eleuthero - adaptogen, enhances immune and antibody levels, tones respiratory system, nutritive to adrenals, helps to rebuild energy stores

White Atractylodes (Bai Zhu) - warming, tonifies spleen and strengthens digestion to help with nutrient absorption, boosts Qi, dries Dampness, diuretic, immune boosting
Angelica - replenish, invigorate, and tonify blood
Licorice Root - mucosal anti-inflammatory, adaptogen (increases resistance to stress), antitussive (reduces coughing), demulcent (rich in mucilage, sooth irritated tissue)
Astragalus Root - ability to increase energy and stamina, supports lung and spleen function
Paeonia landiflora (Bai Shao) - TCM herb believed to help regulate the flow of energy, tonifies the blood, digestive support, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, catalyst
Fo Ti Root (He Shou Wu)- TCM herb used to nourish the blood, liver and kidneys and is considered a longevity tonic
Cordyceps - a mushroom considered helpful with increasing stamina, endurance and coping with stress
Apple Cider Vinegar - used for extraction of minerals, and water-soluble compounds like flavonoids and vitamins, and some alkaloids and essential oils
Vodka - used to extract alkaloids, terpenes, and resins and acts as a disinfectant and preservative

Use: Gently shake tincture bottle a few times before using. Ensuring that the dropper does not touch your mouth, apply 10-20 drops of tincture to your tongue, or add to water if you prefer. Take 1-2 times per day when symptoms occur. Do not use for more than three weeks at a time: meant for short-term use. Store tincture bottle in a cool dark place. Good for 3-5 years.
