Depending on how you make your infusion, a small bag is about (10) cups of tea, larger bag is about (20) cups.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Nettle, Lemon Balm, and Lavender

Why we Chose These Ingredients:

Chamomile - calming, mild sedative, gastric anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, nervine
Nettle -nutritious, astringent, alterative, anti-inflammatory, minerals, overall tonic
Lemon Balm - anti-depressive, nervine, anti-spasmodic
Lavender - relaxing nervine, eases tension, lifts the mood, eases pain

Use: Mix contents of bag to ensure contents have not settled. Using a reusable tea bag or a strainer in a cup, add about two teaspoons of our herbal blend with eight ounces of hot (not boiling) water. Infuse for about 3-5 minutes, and then strain out the herbs.
